Refund Policy for Trekaa

At Trekaa, we’re dedicated to solving your outdoor gear needs. We stand by the quality of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied after this period and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, contact us at hello@trekaa.com.

 

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your order. After that, the order may already be processed. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days for cancellations made in time.

 

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We believe in the power of our gear, so try it for at least 14 days. If you’re still unsatisfied within the 60-day window, you can return it. Note that any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, report it within 72 hours by emailing hello@trekaa.com with a photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Note that damage from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse is not covered.

 

Shipping & Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be responsible for delays beyond our control (courier, customs, etc.). For delivery issues, contact the courier directly. We’re not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
